Trustar Publishing - Shipping Policy

At Trustar Publishing LLC (“TSTAR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we are committed to ensuring a transparent and reliable shipping experience for every customer. This Shipping Policy explains how and when we ship orders, including pre-orders placed during our limited pre-sale launch period.
This Policy forms part of Trustar Publishing Terms of Service and should be read together with our Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
1. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We partner with trusted national and international carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS, depending on your delivery location.
- Domestic (U.S.) Orders: Typically deliver within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination and customs procedures, generally 7–21 business days.
- Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and estimated delivery date.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total, weight, and destination.
- Pre-Sale Orders: Shipping rates are displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
- Taxes, Duties & Customs:
- Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.
- These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in TSTAR prices or shipping charges.
3. Ownership, Risk & Delivery
Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer when the order is delivered to the carrier. TSTAR is not responsible for:
- Delays or losses caused by the carrier, customs authorities, or events beyond our control (weather, strikes, natural disasters, etc.);
- Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier but not received (in such cases, contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim).
We always assist customers in good faith to resolve any delivery issues, including helping file carrier claims if necessary.
4. Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts
Please confirm your shipping details before checkout.
- TSTAR is not responsible for inaccurate delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for re-shipment costs.
- Orders refused upon delivery may be treated as returned merchandise, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
5. Backorders or Out-of-Stock Items
If a product becomes temporarily unavailable:
- We will contact you with the expected restock or delivery timeframe.
- You may choose to wait for restock, exchange for another product, or receive a full refund for the affected item.
6. International Restrictions
Due to regulatory requirements, Trustar may not ship to certain countries or regions. We will inform you during checkout if your destination is restricted.
Customers are responsible for ensuring imported products comply with their country’s customs and health regulations.
7. Order Changes or Cancellations
- You may request changes or cancellations before the order is processed by emailing info@trustarbooks.com
- Once an order is fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be modified.
- Pre-sale orders may be canceled any time before shipment for a full refund.
8. Undeliverable or Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit or shows no tracking updates after 15 business days (domestic) or 30 business days (international), please contact us at info@trustarbooks.com
We will investigate with the carrier and, where applicable, provide a replacement or refund in accordance with our policies and carrier rules.
